- We will deliver your UNAGI BENTO to Iiyama Station at the specified time (with no delivery fee).
Please pick it up at the Tourist Information Center in Iiyama Station. 🙂 - A heat pack is included so you can enjoy your bento warm, even on the go.
- Eel pairs perfectly with Japanese condiments.
- Please reserve delivery through our website or Instagram as follows.

【Easy with a frying pan.】
Sprinkle with sake and half of the included
sauce and warm both sides in a frying pan to make it fluffy.
Serve the remaining sauce over rice.
Sprinkle with a little sake and place on aluminum foil with a little oil.
Turn over low heat on the grill, skin side up,
and when the surface is puffy, turn it over,
and when it’s done as well,
sprinkle with a little of the included sauce.
